We Love Houses — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
Versus Law Ltd ("Versus Law", "we", "us") operates welovehouses.co.uk and introduces mortgage and home-buying enquiries to Versus Law's FCA-regulated mortgage advisers and SRA-regulated conveyancing team. Versus Law is both the site operator and the professional services firm that handles your enquiry.
2. What the service does
When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed to the relevant Versus Law desk — mortgages (whole-of-market advice, decisions in principle, applications) or conveyancing (residential purchase, sale, remortgage, transfer of equity) — so we can prepare a personalised quote and contact you.
3. Your information
By submitting the form you agree that Versus Law may use the details you provide to prepare a quote and contact you about mortgage or conveyancing services. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@welovehouses.co.uk.
4. No advice until instructed
Rates, fees and timelines shown on the site are indicative and subject to status, lender criteria, valuation and formal instruction of Versus Law. Nothing on the site constitutes a mortgage recommendation, legal advice, or a binding quote until confirmed in writing by a Versus Law adviser or solicitor.
5. Regulation
Versus Law's mortgage advice is provided by FCA-authorised advisers. Conveyancing work is carried out by solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Full firm and authorisation details are available on request from hello@welovehouses.co.uk.
6. Limitation of liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with the introduction service on welovehouses.co.uk is limited to £100. This clause does not limit liability arising from any professional services actually instructed under a separate Versus Law engagement letter, which are governed by that engagement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
